When You Receive an Order

When you receive an order from us, please inspect the product immediately. If you have any problems, please email us the same day to report any damage, error or concern.

Damaged Shipment

If you receive a damaged order, please email us immediately at A UPS claim will need to be filed. Please do not throw away the box, packaging materials or products. Once you email us with your damaged shipment, we will assist you filing the claim and more importantly, make sure your new makeup goes out immediately!


We can accept returns ONLY if the package and product are unopened, unused, not damaged AND if you return the product within seven (7) days from the date you received it. Please email us immediately when you decide to return a product @ or . You will need to provide us with your original order number and we will issue directions on how to return the product. Please use caution when packaging products to be returned. If they are damaged enroute, we cannot accept your return.

When your return package arrives, we will email you with the amount of the reimbursement check. There is a 15% re-stocking fee with all returns. If you received free shipping with your order, the cost of shipping will also be deducted from your refund check. All refunds are made in the form of check. We do not credit your credit card. Your refund check will be cut no later than four (4) days after receiving your return shipment.

If we receive a return that was not authorized, or if the product is used or opened, we cannot accept the return. We are happy to accept your returns if you follow our policy to do so.
